All payments made to Reverb Film Records are non-refundable.

2. Service Nature

Since our services are digital and begin immediately after payment, refunds cannot be processed once the distribution process has started.

3. User Responsibility

Users must ensure all details are correct before making payment. We are not responsible for user errors, metadata mistakes, or incorrect album art uploads.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases at our sole discretion, such as technical billing errors on our side.
