Refund Policy

1. Strictly Non-Refundable Subscriptions

All subscription plans, distribution fees, and payments made to Reverb Film Records are strictly 100% non-refundable under any and all circumstances.

2. Agreement Termination & Account Suspension

If a user decides to terminate their agreement early, cancel their distribution contract, or if their account is suspended/terminated due to policy violations (duplicate uploads, unauthorized lofi/reverb, fake streams, copyright strikes, etc.), NO subscription refund (full, partial, or pro-rated) will be provided under any conditions. The subscription fee is completely non-refundable.

3. Digital Service Activation

Because our distribution network and automated delivery systems activate immediately upon subscription purchase, services are deemed fully rendered and consumed immediately upon payment.

4. User Responsibility & Content Errors

Users are solely responsible for ensuring metadata accuracy, audio quality, and content ownership before submission. Mistakes, dissatisfaction, or store rejections do not qualify for any refund.
