2. Original Content Requirement

All music must be 100% original. Uploading duplicate songs, unauthorized remixing, lofi/reverb edits, speed-up versions, AI covers, or cloning/tampering with original singers' voices without explicit written license is strictly prohibited.

3. Content Review & Rejection

We reserve the right to reject or forcefully take down any content from all platforms that violates copyright, quality standards, or platform policies.

4. Account Termination & Permanent Royalty Forfeiture

Any copyright violation, duplicate upload, unauthorized remix/lofi/reverb, voice tampering, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate permanent account termination and the permanent forfeiture and seizure of all pending and accrued royalties. Under NO circumstances will any payout ever be issued.

5. Payments & Services

All services are provided as described. Charges once paid are subject to our refund policy.

6. Legal Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for their content. Any legal action will be borne by the user.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
